Mixing Instructions
Consume 1 sachet every 20 minutes during exercise with 150-250ml of water.
You can also combine your Produrance Energy Gel with your Produrance Sports Drink to individualise the strength of your drink and still maximise your nutritional intake.
Train your Stomach
Consuming 90g of Carbohydrates per hour can be very difficult for some untrained athletes. For this reason we recommend you train your stomach. Follow this simple 6 week training program below to help train your stomach to absorb 90g of Carbohydrates per hour.
Week 1-2 : consume 60g (2 servings) per hour during every hour of training
Week 3-4 : consume 75g (2.5 servings)per hour during every hour of training
Week 5-6 : consume 90g (3 servings) per hour during every hour of training.
You are now ready to consume 90g (3 servings) of carbohydrates per hour every hour of competition.

How do I prevent any stomach upsets while using Produrance Energy Gel?
Some athletes find it difficult to consume 90g of carbohydrates (3 Produrance Energy Gels) per hour. Untrained athletes may experience some stomach upsets which is why we recommend every athlete to TRAIN YOUR STOMACH.
Can I mix my Produrance Energy Gel into my drink bottle?
Yes, a lot of athletes squeeze their Produrance Energy Gel into their drink bottles which allows them to consume their required nutrients while ensuring the drink the required water intake.
What is the difference between Produrance and Produrance gel?
Produrance gel is based on the same formulation as Produrance however it is in an energy gel form. It is equivalent to 1 serving (scoop) of Produrance. These products can be used interchangeably depending on the athletes preference. As long as an athlete consumes 3 servings per hour of either/or Produrance/Produrance gel they will guarantee maximal carbohydrate and electrolyte absorption
How do I store my Pro4mance gel?
You should store you Pro4mance gel in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Love the Latte gels. I Mainly use gels when im racing and these are awesome ! by not being a regular gel user in training, it can be hard to digest gels in a race situation. Although the first time I used these gels I knew they were perfect, Easy to go down, tasty and punchy !! they are not overly sweet and over a few hours these make the world of difference with cramping and muscle fatigue. I mostly use gels when I’m racing and they are awesome! I have tried a number of other gels and they tend t give me a metallic taste in the mouth as I take them. Pro4mance gels do not. I use the gels especially for racing the XCM Mountainbike events that I do. These are typically up to 5 hours and 100km in length and during that time I rely on the produrance gels to fuel my energy requirements and also provide me with essential electrolytes. For this duration I will have anywhere up to 12 gels, and I can use the Produrance gels without getting any stomach upsets which is fantastic. What also makes it easy to consume these is the consistency. When I am racing at full gas, I can easily pop one of these in with no problems. This is a huge advantage over other gels that have a thicker consistency.
