500g of Amy’s Grains or rolled oats
300g natural almonds
250g shredded coconut
200g mixed seeds
2/3 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an air tight container.
Serving suggestions:
1. Mix 1/2 cup of muesli with 100g of yoghurt. Top with berries or sliced banana.
2. Place 1/2 cup of Muesli in a bowl. Cover with 1/2 cup of milk. Place in fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or over night. Top with yoghurt and fruit of choice.
3. Place 1/2 cup of Muesli in a bowl. Cover with 1/2 cup of milk. Place in fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or over night. Add another 1/2 cup milk and place in microwave for 2-3mins until cooked. Top with berries or slice banana.
4. Use as a topping for a smoothie bowl.
