MAKES 15
1 cup of unsweetened apple puree
1/4 cup cocoa or cacao
1 scoop Procover
3/4 cup self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup honey or rice malt syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cocao nibs
Preheat oven to 175deg and line a 20X20cm baking tray. Place apple puree in a bowl and sift in cocoa, Procover, flour and baking powder. Add the honey and salt and mix until just combined. Fold through chocolate chips. Do not over mix. Pour into baking tray, place into the oven and bake for 25mins or until centre feels set and fudgey. Cool in pan for 10mins before turning out onto a cooling rack. allow to cool completely before slicing into 15 squares. Serve and enjoy!
