Makes 18 gobstopper size or 30 snack size balls
1/2 cup of chia seeds
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1/2 cup unsalted cashews
1/2 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup sultanas
3tbsp golden syrup
60g (2 scoops) Vanilla Coconut Procover
Water as required for consistency
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor, blitz until finely chopped. Add golden syrup, blitz again. Add water in small amounts as required until mixture is slightly sticky and balling together. Roll into balls, then cover in extra desiccated coconut if desired. Pop in the fridge to chill and Enjoy!
