Serves 1
1 Apple
2 tbs peanut butter (we used crunchy, but smooth is great at well)
1/2 cup granola or cereal of choice
sprinkle of coconut flakes
Wash and slice apple into 16 equal portions. Lay apple pieces flat on a plate. Spread peanut butter evenly over the top of the apples. Sprinkle over granola/cereal and finish with coconut flakes. Dig in & Enjoy!
