Serves 2
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 1/3 cup coconut water
1 banana
1/2 cup mango chunks
2 tsp Acai powder
6 tbs greek yoghurt
2 tbs shredded coconut
Topping suggestions:
strawberries, mixed seeds, oats, Chia seeds and coconut flakes
Place oats and coconut water in a bowl and microwave for 3 1/2 mins or until cooked. Once cooked throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and microwave for 1-2 mins or until hot. Top with suggested or favourite toppings and Enjoy!
