1. Use an Electrolyte hydration drink
Electrolyte hydration drinks, such as Prodrate allows the body to hold more water and keep your body sufficiently hydrated
2. Take enough water or know where you can get more while out training
If possible take extra water bottles with you or plan out where you can refill your bottles
3. Plan your daily water intake
Have a drink bottle which you carry around and know how much it holds. Work out how much water you need to drink over the day and use the drink bottle to measure the amount you are drinking ensuring you get in the amount your body requires
