Serves 1
1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup milk of choice
1 scoop Procover
4 dates
1/2 cup kale
1/4 cup almonds
Topping suggestions:
Strawberries, granola, coconut flakes, cocao nibs
Place rolled oats and milk into a bowl, stir and microwave for 2 1/2 mins or until cooked. In a blender, place cooked grains, Procover, dates, kale and almonds. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and heat in microwave for 1 min or until hot. Top with favourite toppings and Enjoy!
