1. Drink enough water
This can be tricky in winter as you may feel less thirsty due to the cold, but it’s vital you continue to get in plenty of H2O
2. Use an Electrolyte hydration drink
This will assist your body to keep water within your cells and keep you more hydrated
3. Don’t overdress for training
Even though it’s cold, your body will warm up quickly while training. It’s important you can sweat and cool down easily so your body does not become overheated and potentially become dehydrated
